I've implemented Salesforce from scratch, as well as built upon existing Salesforce systems. With experience across a wide range of nonprofits, I approach each project with thoroughness and insightfulness. I'll work with you to manage your project, gather requirements, configure Salesforce, select third-party applications, and migrate data from legacy systems. 

Moving to Salesforce from another system (or none at all) can be a difficult process for many nonprofits. Staff turnover and the rate of change of Salesforce and its ecosystem make it harder to stay on top of your database. On top of it all, you may not have the budget to hire an in-house Salesforce administrator to keep your system running smoothly. I'm available to provide training and ongoing support for existing Salesforce customers, and I offer flexible support plans.
