I started my career working in development operations at a large San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit. The organization had just completed a Salesforce implementation, and my manager's motto was "If it's not in Salesforce, then it didn't happen". Then she sent me to my first Dreamforce, and I was thunderstruck. I saw the potential that Salesforce could provide, and I brought that energy back to my nonprofit, where I helped build new features and train my colleagues.
I realized what I loved most about my job was collaborating with my coworkers: understanding their needs, helping them define and build processes, and finally prototyping and building the right Salesforce solutions for them. I decided it was time to take the dive to nonprofit Salesforce consulting, where I worked at a small agency in San Francisco, eventually becoming their Principal Salesforce consulting. After more than five years working at an agency, I decided it was time to go out on my own.Â
Coming from a nonprofit background, and after consulting for nonprofits for more than seven years, I have deep knowledge in nonprofit practices and needs. I combine this with my years of experience on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem to provide thoughtful and efficient solutions for your nonprofit.
I currently reside in San Francisco, California with my partner and our rescue dog from South Korea, Fudge. In my spare time, you can find me traveling locally and abroad, checking out the local restaurant and bar scene, going on long walks with the dog, and being a total gym rat.
